Chidaksh Ravuru

Hey there! I'm Chidaksh Ravuru, a first year Master’s student in Computer Science at UNC Chapel Hill, where I spend most of my time making AI understand the world better. My research interests are in Multimodal Learning, Natural Language Processing and Video Understanding, trying to connect the dots between text, images and videos.

Before this, I earned my B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Dharwad (top 10%) and worked on AI research at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Tata Research Centre, and AI Institute of Univ of South Carolina, leading to publications at KDD, ICML and AAAI. My projects have spanned Soccer Commentary Generation, Visual Reasoning for ARC-AGI, Data Debiasing with LLMs, Agentic-RAG for Time Series, Knowledge Graph Embeddings, and Stochastic Optimization - basically, building models to make sense of complex data across different modalities.
